INGREDIENTS

  • 10 Dempster's® Original Large Tortillas, cut into wedges
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann’s garlic aioli sauce style mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Arrange the tortilla wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.

    Bake the tortillas for about 10 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside.

    Spread the tortilla chips on a large oven-safe platter or baking sheet.

    Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the chips.

    Add the crumbled bacon, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños (if using) on top of the cheese.

    Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    Remove from the oven and drizzle with drizzle with Hellmann’s® garlic aioli.

    Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
