- 1Spicy Soy Mayo Sauce:
- 2In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, Hellmann’s® Spicy Mayo, Real Mayo, rice wine vinegar, and sugar until combined.
- 3Sushi-Style Tortilla Roll:
- 4Reheat the rice in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir in rice wine vinegar and sugar.
- 5Flake salmon into large chunks. Tear nori sheets into 1-inch pieces.
- 6Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Spread rice mixture evenly over each tortilla, then top with salmon, cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, avocado, and nori pieces. Roll up tightly and set aside.
- 7Cut the tortilla into 1-inch pieces. Serve with soy mayo sauce.
