- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
- 2In a small bowl, beat eggs until combined. Heat a large skillet over medium, add butter and pour eggs into the pan, stirring constantly until eggs are cooked through, about 5-8 minutes.
- 3Place each tortilla on a cutting board and divide the cheddar cheese evenly down the center. Top with scrambled eggs, pulled pork, and red or green peppers. Season with salt and pepper, to your preferred taste.
- 4Drizzle with Hellmann’s® Chipotle Mayonnaise.
- 5Fold in both ends and roll the wrap with the seam side facing down. Place both wraps in a non-stick skillet and toast each side for 2 minutes. Transfer the skillet directly into the oven for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and ingredients are warmed through. Remove from the oven, let the cheese settle, and serve immediately.
